Production Process

Byson's production process

STAMP WORKSHOP

The metal parts such as copper and iron are processed into semi-finished metal compo-nents by stamping lathes;  can customize size and materials of iron-copper parts and arcchamber as per customers needs.

AUTOMATIC WELDING WORKSHOP

The electroplated metal parts will be sent into the automatic welding equipment and welded with copper wires, silver contacts, and thermal bimetallic sheets into a set of static and moving contact system.

INJECTION MOLDING WORKSHOP

After heating to a certain temperature, the plas-tic particles are sent to the injection molding machine to melt and inject into the mold, and cool into the circuit breaker plastic shell and interiors.

ASSEMBLY

Put each part into the plastic shell in order, andcheck whether the switch can be successfully opened and closed after the assembly is com-pleted.  lf it cannot be closed, the parts will be returned to the factory for inspection.

INSPECTION

The inspector will switch on the circuit 
 breaker in the detection equipment, and test whether it can disconnect the line under short circuit and overload conditions according to the standard rate current.

PRINTING

Print trademarks and product parameters.

PACKAGING

Customized Byson Electric inner and outer packaging, and can customize packaging for clients based on order quantity.
